Can I view the space before booking?
Yes — viewings are free and there is no obligation. Use the enquiry form or call us to arrange a time.
Can I hire one floor or the whole building?
Both. Each floor can be hired on its own, or take all three for exclusive use.
What are the rates?
From £360 + VAT per day on weekdays and £380 + VAT on weekends and holidays. Longer residencies are priced on request.
Can I decorate or brand the space?
Yes, within reason — the venue is designed as a blank canvas. Let us know your plans and we will advise on what works with the heritage features.
Is the venue accessible?
The ground floor is at street level. Please contact us to discuss specific access needs for other floors.
